What is our Story?

The Problem

Did you know? Many farmers struggle with food waste due to the short shelf life of produce, while middlemen inflate prices, making it difficult for families to afford essentials and because of this limited access to affordable and nutritious food options, food insecurity has set in. According to  UNICEF “Over 25 million Nigerians faced high risk of food insecurity in 2023”  and FAO projections indicate that “over 26 million Nigerians may face food crisis in 2024″.  This has given rise to over 41% of Nigeria population being unemployed (2023) KPMG
